Who these terms are between

Cadence Venture Management Systems LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States (registered address: To be confirmed), and the organization using Cadence VMS. How you accept these terms: To be confirmed

Early access

Requesting early access adds you to a list. It does not create an account, guarantee access or set a date for access. We may email you about access. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in them. See our privacy policy for how we handle the data you give us.

The service

Cadence VMS is an operating dashboard that rolls each business unit's metrics into one at-a-glance view, runs a two-week meeting rhythm around them, and helps leadership decide what to raise, fix, or export. It does not replace the leadership meeting itself. It is not a general-purpose project-management or task tool, and it does not set what a company should charge, decide its strategy, or make financing decisions on a customer's behalf.

Accounts

The organization is the paying account. One organization can have several business units, each with its own admins and members, plus observers with view-only access set at invitation time. People sign in with email and password, or with Google. During the invite-only launch, invitations are issued by us.

Fees and billing

The organization pays, not each individual user, by subscription. The invite-only launch runs without billing. Pricing, billing and trial terms: To be confirmed

AI features

Cadence VMS includes an AI meeting assistant that, when active for a meeting, listens live and suggests new Matters, Tasks, Checkpoints, or Milestones based on what was discussed, and generates a written recap once the meeting ends. It is on by default, with a visible indicator while listening, and the person running the meeting can turn it off. A suggestion only becomes a real item once someone with permission to create that type of item approves it. The assistant never creates items directly. Meeting audio and video are sent to third-party providers, which we require not to train their own models on your data.
